Kyiv has information that the militants of the self-proclaimed republics have not withdrawn some weapons, including tanks, from the contact line, Ukrainian Presidential Administration spokesman for military affairs Oleksandr Motuzianyk said.

“We have information that the illegal armed units possess weapons they were expected to pull back [from the contact line]. They are constantly demonstrating withdrawals, pullback [of weapons] and inviting OSCE SMM representatives in the daytime and redeploying weapons to the positions at night. As to the militants’ [possession] of a column of tanks, we have such information but it would be premature to speak about an offensive of militants,” he said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Nov. 10.

“We are monitoring the situation and we are ready to react to provocations staged by the militants,” Motuzianyk said.
