Moscow - Russia will talk to no one over Crimea, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

“Crimea is part of the Russian Federation. There have been and can be no talks with anyone over Crimea,” Lavrov told reporters in Moscow on Monday, July 28.

This position is based on the results of the March 17 referendum, he said. “All decisions on that score have already been made,” the minister said.
