NEW YORK - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has given the United States Secretary of State John Kerry a document comparing what was written down in the Minsk II to what has been done about it by the parties to the Ukrainian conflict.

“We discussed the situation in Ukraine, we gave our U.S. colleagues an analysis which compares what was written down in Minsk II, on the one hand, and what was done in practice, on the other. John Kerry reassured me that he will certainly study this document before meeting with the president and prepare his boss for a serious conversation,” Lavrov told reporters after his meeting with Kerry.
