Measures to resolve the issue of sending the Russian humanitarian aid to Ukraine will be taken in the coming hours, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

“Russian Foreign Minister [Sergei Lavrov] and the president of the
International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have agreed to take in
the coming hours active measures in order to resolve the issue of
fastest start of sending the Russian humanitarian cargo as intended,”
the Russian Ministry posted a statement on its website.

Lavrov and ICRC President Peter Maurer talked on the telephone on Tuesday, the Foreign Ministry said.
