Moscow - The firing positions in Ukraine from where rockets were launched into Russian territory must be destroyed if such rocket fire is conducted deliberately, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
“We have already warned that if this continues, we will take
necessary measures, but at least if it is clear that it was done
deliberately, I am convinced we will have to suppress such a position in
one go,” he said in an interview with the Rossiya 24 television
channel.
“So far, our estimate is that it is still the result of either not
very professional work by someone operating these launchers, or simply
an accident, which too happens in war,” the minister added.
