Vladivostok, Apr. 11- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has denied rumors that there may be Russian agents and troops in the southeastern regions of Ukraine.

“There are no Russian troops or agents there. They are accusing us of having some special service agents there. There are none of them there. There are no Russian troops there by definition, either,” Lavrov said on a special program aired on Rossiya 1 television on Friday, Apr. 11.
