All previously detained participants in mass protests in Ukraine are to be released on Friday, Feb. 14, a source in law enforcement agencies has told Interfax-Ukraine.

He said that as of Friday morning there were only 11 protesters in custody, including four in Cherkasy region, two in Dnipropetrovsk region and five in Kyiv region and the city of Kyiv.

As of 12 p.m. nine of them were released, and they had the measure of restraint changed to house arrest. As of 12:15 p.m. another detainee was released in Kyiv and one more detainee, still under arrest in Dnipropetrovsk region, is to be released within half an hour, the source said.
