The militants' Grad rocket launcher shelled Popasna in the Luhansk region on June 18, heavily injuring a National Guard serviceman and damaging two residential buildings, the Luhansk region authorities have said.

“A Grad rocket launcher fired 20 shots on the town of Popasna at 4.30 a.m. on June 18 from the LPR-controlled town of Kalynove. A two-storey building and a five-storey one on Myronivska Street were directly hit by rockets and damaged,” the Luhansk region military-civilian administration wrote on Facebook.

A National Guard serviceman providing public order in the town was heavily wounded in the attack.
