Luhansk - The leadership of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic said it is closing Luhansk from July 21.
“Luhansk will remain closed for three days, starting at midnight, in
order to facilitate the search for subversive groups active in the
city,” the press service of the “Luhansk People’s Republic” told
Interfax on Sunday, July 20.
