President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych on the latter's birthday.

No surprise, there will probably also be congratulations from some other communists such as Castro, Chavez etc, who now appear to be the only international friends of Yanukovych.

Good to see Putin's puppets supporting each other. That makes the inept and corrupt General-Secretary very happy.
