There is nothing about this case now or pending which would lead anyone to think that the case and it's results were predetermined. Anything void of this and what the prosecutor is seeking would be a total shock. Democracy, due process, accountable, transparent and independent judiciary is an abstract word and not in practice in this current system. There really does not seem to be anything beyond talk that changes so expect nothing more until the players change.
