Russian President Dmitry Medvedev does not rule out the creation of Ukrainian-Russian aviation enterprises, he told the Ukrainian TV channels.

He also said that a number of ideas as for bilateral co-operation are been considered, in particular, the co-operation in the development of An-140 and An-148 planes, and some other aircrafts.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov called complicated talks with Russia on the cooperation in aircraft building.

In April, the Ukrainian mass media published the draft agreement between the governments of Russia and Ukraine on the cooperation in the sector of aircraft building.

In compliance with the agreement, Ukraine will take part in the statutory fund of the United Aviation Corporation, Russia, via introduction of 50%+1 share in Antonov concern.

Medvedev will pay an official visit to Ukraine on May 17-18.
