A ceasefire in Donbas was fully observed on Friday, the militants did not use weapons against Ukrainian government forces, and no fire was opened near the line of contact, the press center of the military operation reported on Saturday morning.
‘The Ukrainian armed forces, using the ceasefire, are doing fortifications work on the defense lines and helping Donbas residents restore the region,’ the press center reported on its Facebook account.
Groups of civilian-military cooperation officers are analyzing the civilians’ urgent needs on a daily basis and, engaging volunteers and international charity organizations, restoring and repairing infrastructure facilities, it said.
