Moscow - Ukraine might make its first payment on debt for Russian gas in early November, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller said in an interview with Russian TV channel Russia-24.
“There’s an understanding that this [the first debt payment] will be made by the end of next week,” he said.
Miller added that this payment was a condition for resuming gas shipments to the country.
“A government order could emerge tomorrow on a $100 discount for Ukraine,” he said.
