Minsk - Belarus has confirmed its readiness to provide the members of the Russia-Ukraine-OSCE contact group with a forum for negotiations on resolving the situation in Donbas, Belarusian Foreign Ministry spokesman Dmitry Mironchik said.

“We are being guided by proposals. This should be a consolidated proposal from all participants in the negotiations. If such a proposal is made, we are ready to provide a forum for a meeting right away. Our position has not changed by an iota,” Mironchik said at a press conference in Minsk on Thursday, Nov. 27.
