Moscow - The prime minister of the self-declared Donetsk People's Republic, Oleksandr Borodai, has confirmed reports that the missing observers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe are in Severodonetsk.

“I have the same information Andriy Purhin has [about the OSCE observers’ location in Severodonetsk.] I have no more details about them,” he told Interfax.

Borodai also said that it is impossible to get any further information about the OSCE observers due to the intensive fighting outside the town.

“Intensive fighting is on in this locality. The moment we receive details about the observers’ whereabouts, we will make them public,” he said.
