Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree introducing extra measures to ensure partial mobilization in 2015.

In particular, the government must draft a legal framework temporarily restricting foreign travel of Ukrainian citizens due to mobilization.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Information Policy has been ordered to draft information programs on the subject for state media with the aim to create a heroic image of the national defender and to raise the public awareness about social guarantees for the army, including through social advertising.

The 2015 mobilization has three stages. The first one began on Jan. 20 and will last 90 days. The second one will start around April and will last 60 days. The third wave, also 60-days, is scheduled for June.
