European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini on Wednesday said that she hopes that Russia will comply with the Minsk agreements days.
Speaking at a briefing in Kyiv, Mogherini called on Moscow to fulfill its commitments under the Minsk deal.
She said she had discussed the matter with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
Mogherini said that Russian President Vladimir Putin had not been cooperative enough for the last few months.
She expressed hope that there would be evidence within days, and possibly hours, of willingness to comply with the agreements.
