The press service of Moldovan ministry reported on Friday that the ministers had agreed on the issue and spoke in favor of including Ukrainian and Polish servicemen into the battalion.

The battalion’s actions will be based on the considerable experience of Romanian soldiers that they gained during the peacekeeping operations in international military exercises, reads the statement.

Recently, a military exercise has been held in Romania with the participation of the detachments from the UK, U.S., Moldova and Romania. It’s been decided that another exercise will be held in June.
