You're reading: Moratorium on actions of companies’ arbitration managers set in Crimea

All state-owned enterprises in Crimea owned by Ukraine will be transferred to the management of the republic, according to a posting on the website of the Crimean parliament, with reference to the chairman of the State Council of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov.

“The procedure of transition is quite simple and understandable. All
businesses that were owned by Ukraine are passed to the subordination of
the Republic of Crimea, and afterwards we will make decisions: those
businesses that are more logical to be passed to the federal level will
be transferred,” the press service said citing Konstantinov.

A moratorium on the actions of arbitration managers of enterprises
was also set in Crimea on March 21, according to Kryminform, with
reference to Republican Minister of Economic Development and Trade
Svitlana Verba.

The corresponding decision was made by the presidium of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea.

“The moratorium was introduced to prevent looting and raider seizure
of enterprises run by arbitration managers. We receive alarming calls
that arbitration managers are trying to seize stamps and founding
documents, exporting assets,” said Verba.
