DONETSK - The Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) has recorded mortar fire by both sides near Donetsk.
“At this point, mutual mortar shelling has begun in the Pisky-Vesele area. We gave the sides 20 minutes to cease fire,” a JCCC source told Interfax.
