Representatives of the so-called 'Donetsk People's Republic' have seized administrative buildings of the State Migration Service of Ukraine's office in Donetsk region and stolen a great number of clean forms of Ukrainian citizens' passports.

“These forms could be used for illegal crossing via a state border and for legalization of Russian mercenaries on the territory of Ukraine, for other illegal targets as well,” a spokesman for the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council, Volodymyr Poliovy, said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Saturday, Nov. 29.
