The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council has issued a satellite broadcasting license to "News-TV" LLC (Espreso.tv channel).

“According to the decision of the members of the national council,
Espreso.tv has received a satellite broadcasting license,” reads the
statement by the council on its official Facebook page.

TV Channel “Espreso.tv” was founded in autumn 2013 by the wife of
Mykola Kniazhytsky, member of parliament from Batkivschyna faction, Larysa Kniazhytska
(owns 99 percent of the company), while former editor-in-chief of the Komentari
newspaper Vadym Denysenko (owns 1 percent).

Until recently, the channel had no license. LawmakerKniazhytsky accused
the then members of the council of prejudice and illegally refusing to
issue the station a license.
