New cholera case registered in Donetsk region

A new case of cholera and yet another vibrio carrier have been registered in Ukraine's Donetsk region by Friday morning, the Donetsk regional sanitary epidemiological service said. Two cholera patients continue to be treated at a hospital in Mariupol; their condition is satisfactory.

The new vibrio carrier is being treated in the Volnovakha district of the region.

In all, 28 cholera cases and 19 vibrio carriers have been registered in Mariupol.
