Ukraine has registered the arrival of new units and military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces to the border with Ukraine.

“The arrival of new units and military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces has been registered in the area of Millerovo and Frolovka, Rostov region, opposite the section of the border between the Krasna Talivka – Bilovodsk in Luhansk region, they are dispersing along the border,” spokesman for the information and analytical center of the National Security and Defense Council Andriy Lysenko said at a press briefing on Oct. 2.

In addition, according to the latest information, a freight train carrying five APCs with the inscriptions “For Donbas” and “For Novorossiya” on them have been seen at the Ostriakove station in Crimea.

Lysenko also said that border guards have spotted two drones, which carried out aerial reconnaissance from the territory of Crimea. On Oct. 1 evening, one of them violated Ukrainian airspace in Kherson region, and headed to Kherson at a height of 2 km.
