Brussels - The next wave of the sanctions against Russia isn't included on the agenda of the European Union's summit scheduled for Aug. 30, Bloomberg agency reported on Aug. 28, referring to Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt.

The heads of state and government will gather at the extraordinary summit of the European Union in Brussels on Aug. 30. The participants of the meeting will decide who will succeed European Union Council President Herman Van Rompuy and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and European Commission Vice President Catherine Ashton at these posts.
