A total of 184 trucks of the Russian so-called humanitarian convoy has left Ukraine, and Ukrainian specialists were not allowed to inspect them, National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a briefing on Aug. 23.

“At present, 184 Russian trucks left Ukraine,” he said.

He paid attention to the fact that the inspection of the trucks is impossible by Ukrainian border and customs officers who have been staying at the Russian border checkpoint Donetsk for registering the Russian part of the international humanitarian aid for the eastern part of Ukraine.
