Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Secretary Andriy Parubiy has said that Russia is sending cargoes with weapons and militants to Ukraine under the guise of humanitarian aid.

“Now that border controls have become tighter, this is carried out under the guise of humanitarian aid,” he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Friday, July 4.

Parubiy said that Ukrainian border guards continued to record breakthroughs of militants across the Ukrainian-Russian border.

In this regard, the Ukrainian authorities have already made a warning that if the border is crossed again air strikes will be launched on those objects that illegally cross the Ukrainian-Russian border.
