Former Foreign Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko said on Thursday that he has asked Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko not to nominate him for the post of foreign minister again.

“I think it is impossible to continue working under this management at the Cabinet of Ministers, even if it makes excuses,” reads the statement by Ohryzko made available to Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.

“So I’ve asked the Ukrainian president not to nominate me as a candidate for foreign minister in this government. [But] this is not the last government in our history,” reads the statement.
