Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed lawyer Oleksiy Filatov to the post of the deputy head of the presidential administration.

A relevant decree was posted of the website of the head of state on 22 July.

Filatov is a partner in the Vasil Kisil and Partners law firm, where
he is in charge of dispute resolutions and intellectual property issues.

Filatov specializes in international and domestic arbitration and
litigation, with a special focus on investment, corporate and commercial
disputes, as well as international commercial arbitration. He also has
an experience of dispute resolution in the banking sector, according to
the Vasil Kisil and Partners Web site.

He represented clients in arbitrations before the Arbitration
Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the London Court
of International Arbitration (LCIA), as well as under ICC and UNCITRAL
rules and in International Commercial Arbitration Courts at the Chamber
of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
