Once again, Russian agents attack while Kyiv is caught off guard

: Pro-Russian activists who seized the main administration building in the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk hold Russian flag and the flag of so called Donetsk Republic on April 7, 2014. They proclaimed Monday the creation of a sovereign "people's republic" independent of Kiev rule. Unlike in Crimea, pro-Russian uprisings in eastern Ukraine shouldn't have come as a surprise to anyone in Kyiv. But once again, it appears that Ukraine's interim and overwhelmed government on April 6 has been caught flat-footed.
