The fourth explosive device was found by law enforcement officers in Dnipropetrovsk before it exploded, which helped prevent more casualties, a law enforcement source told Interfax. "The explosive device was found and blew up before the arrival of bomb disposal experts," the source said.

The area where it was found was temporarily cordoned off, he said.

It was reported that four explosions rocked Dnipropetrovsk on Friday. Regional prosecutors have launched an inquiry into the terror attack.
