LUHANSK - OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) officers have confirmed the presence of weapons withdrawn from the contact line by the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic militants and the Ukrainian army under the Minsk agreements at designated weapon storage sites, a representative of the OSCE press service told Interfax.

Consistent with the supplement to the Package of Measures, the SMM has once again visited the sites of permanent storage of Ukrainian army and Luhansk People’s Republic armaments, the location of which complies with withdrawal line requirements; the SMM confirmed the presence of all previously registered weapons at the permanent storage sites, he said.
