Moscow - The OSCE is hoping to increase the number of its observers in Ukraine from 250 to 500, Ilkka Kanerva, president of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, told a press conference in Moscow on Thursday, Sept. 25.

“We are doing our best in Ukraine, if the ceasefire is secured it’s more or less obvious that the OSCE is ready to increase the number of observers up to 500,” Kanerva said.
