MINSK - The Trilateral Contact Group's political subgroup had a constructive exchange of opinions on aspects of special status of some districts in Donbas and conditions for holding local elections there at a meeting in Minsk on Sept. 8, OSCE Special Envoy for Ukraine Martin Sajdik told journalists.

The subgroup on economic issues agreed upon a schedule for servicing some infrastructural facilities in Donbas, particularly including the inspection of coalmines within the conflict area, he said.

Sajdik called on Kyiv to increase the number of offices on territories under its control where pensions can be paid.
