MOSCOW - Kremlin does not rule out the possibility of a separate bilateral meeting between Russian and Ukrainian presidents in Minsk on August 26 and expects an honest conversation on resolving crisis and humanitarian issues to occur during it. 

“We firstly expect during this meeting, if it takes place after all, an honest conversation on resolving the Ukrainian crisis and humanitarian issues,” Russian President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Interfax.
