Ukraine's former Prime Minister and leader of the Batkivschyna Party Yulia Tymoshenko again disrupted investigative actions on Friday, which indicates her intention to drag out the investigation and impede establishing the truth in the case, the Prosecutor General's Office has said.

"Yulia Tymoshenko arrived today at 1500 at the main investigation department for important criminal cases together with her lawyer and said that she has declined to use his services in future and will say later who will defend her interests. Tymoshenko refused to take part in the investigative actions without her lawyer," the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.

The Prosecutor General’s Office said that due to such behavior tougher pre-trial restrictive measures may be applied to the ex-premier.

The report also says that Tymoshenko is to come to the Prosecutor General’s Office at 1000 on May 3.
