You're reading: Pinchuk spouses to spend Hr 90 million for public health and education programs

Spouses Olena and Victor Pinchuk have announced about their decision to allocate Hr 90 million for development of charitable public health and education programs.

"This year is special for us: we marked our anniversaries in December before the Saint Nicholas Day. That’s why an idea leaped in our minds: why don’t we add up our round numbers and allocate additional Hr 90 million for development of programs under direct protection of Saint Nicholas," the couple commented on their decision.

At the expense of the additional assets, it is planned to expand educational and preventive programs of Olena Pinchuk ANTIAIDS Foundation aimed at decrease of HIV/AIDS cases. It is also planned to increase expenditures for direct help to HIV positive people, improve quality of their lives and decrease virus transmission risk.
