You're reading: Poland ready to help Ukraine boost its military efficiency

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin met with Polish senator Bogdan Klich on Sept. 30, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's press service has reported.

“Senator Bogdan Klich noted [Poland’s] readiness to help Ukraine boost its military efficiency and provide expert assistance with defense sector reform,” reads the statement of the ministry.

Klimkin noted the high level of Ukrainian-Polish dialogue and expressed gratitude for Poland’s support for Ukraine’s territorial integrity.

The parties said they were satisfied with the signing of an agreement on formation of a Lithuanian-Polish-Ukrainian military brigade.
