You're reading: Police: No one arrested or hurt during dismantling of protesters’ tents

Kyiv police has assured that none of the protesters on Independence Square was detained or hurt during the forceful dismantling of the tent city.

At 5a.m. on Friday the State Enforcement Service officers and employees of Kyiv Blahoustrіy utility enterprise came to Independence Square accompanied by policemen.

The representative of the enforcement service read out the ruling of the District Administrative Court prohibiting banning their rally and started dismantling the tents. About 250 police officers provided for public order during the dismantling.
