You're reading: Poll: Klychko’s UDAR to receive a fourth of seats in Kyiv Council

The UDAR Party of Vitaliy Klychko enjoys the most support among Kyiv citizens, according to a poll conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology.

If the elections for the Kyiv City Council were held on the first Sunday of September, 25% of those polled would vote for the UDAR Party of Vitaliy Klychko, while 13% of voters would choose the Batkivschyna Party, 9% the Regions Party Faction, 6% the Front for Change Party, 4% the Civil Position Party and 3% the Communist Party of Ukraine.

Another parties would achieve less than 3%. Twenty five per cent of respondents are not intending to participate in the elections.

A total of 999 respondents were polled during the nationwide phone survey from August 26 to September 7.
