The Interfax-Ukraine News Agency – a company belonging to the Interfax Information Services international group – has been an information provider in the political and economic information market of Ukraine since 1992.
A total of 26.3% of Ukrainians are proud of the national flag, according to a poll conducted by the Razumkov Center from Aug. 10 to Aug. 17, 2011.
Head of the sociological service at the center, Andriy Bychenko, said at a press conference on Tuesday that 66.8% feel positive towards the Ukrainian flag.
The attitude of 2.3% of respondents to the flag is negative, the attitude of 2.5% is negative and they want to change it and 2% of respondents did not answer the question.
The poll involved 2,007 respondents over 18 years old from all regions of Ukraine, Kyiv, and Crimea.
The poll took place in 132 residential areas, including 74 towns.
