INTERFAX-UKRAINE big on what

short on who and why.

Bishop of? Age? Education? Born? Raised?

Simple majority? Who was in the running?

Was there a simple split between the

foreign bishops (money) and native?

Was there any discussion of Kyivan Patriarchate?
