Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has reported that 83 Ukrainian troops have been killed in eastern Ukraine after the second Minsk talks in February 2015.

“From the moment the Minsk accords have been signed, 83 Ukrainian troops sacrificed their lives to stop Russia aggression. Over 400 [soldiers have been] wounded,” Poroshenko said in an interview with ZDF German TV.
