Ukrainian Economic Development and Trade Minister Petro Poroshenko has been appointed the deputy chairman of Ukraine's delegation to the EU-Ukraine Cooperation Council.

This is stipulated in amendments to a relevant presidential decree dated February 24, 1998. Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych approved the amendments on Thursday.

According to the document, the Ukrainian ministers of economy, foreign affairs, and justice work as the deputy heads of the delegation.

Ukrainian premier chairs the delegation, and the first deputy premier is the first deputy chairman of the delegation.
