Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Heorhiy Tuka, the leader of the non-governmental organization Narodny Tyl (People's Rear), as head of the Luhansk regional military-civilian administration.
“I’ve made the decision on appointing Heorhiy Tuka head of the Luhansk regional state administration,” Poroshenko said while introducing Tuka to local officials in Severodonetsk on Wednesday, saying that he had signed the relevant decree.
