Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has endorsed the National Security and Defense Council's decision dated Dec. 20, 2014, "On Certain Defense and Mobilization Issues."
The decree posted on the presidential website on Thursday said that it would take effect on the publishing date, Jan. 15, 2015.
The decree contained the text of the NSDC document which offered “the Ukrainian president [is] to make a decision in due course on holding three waves of partial mobilization in Ukraine within 210 days.”
