Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has arrived in the U.S., the presidential administration said on Twitter.
“Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has begun his working visit to the U.S.,” the tweet says.
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reported earlier that Poroshenko plans to meet with U.S. President Barack Obama, U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden, and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry during the visit, which will last two days.
Poroshenko is also expected to make a speech before the U.S. Congress.
