Kirovohrad – Petro Poroshenko Bloc 'Solidarity' candidate Andriy Raikovych and self-nominee Artem Stryzhakov will stand in the second round of the mayoral elections in Kirovohrad.
With 100 percent of ballots counted, Raikovych received 27.49 percent of the vote, while Stryzhakov received 24.6 percent.
Voter turnout was 46.3 percent, or 80,968 out of 190,675 registered voters.
The draft report on the results of the Oct. 25 elections will be submitted to the Central Election Commission.
