Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko expects the EU's decision to grant visa-free regime for Ukraine at the Riga summit in May of 2015.
“There is no excuse not to receive a report on the fulfillment of Ukraine’s obligations under the visa-free regime immediately. A decision on introducing a visa-free regime for Ukrainian citizens traveling to the EU should be taken at the Riga summit in May,” Poroshenko said in the Verkhovna Rada on Dec. 2.
The president stressed that this was one of the main tasks for the Foreign Ministry.
